| Korea - Mexico - Saudi Arabia PET System Contracts |

Apantec is pleased to have been awarded several new PET System contracts including one for two facilities in Saudi Arabia, two in South Korea, and support contracts for Mexico! Apantec's PET instrumentation consists of equipment to monitor ambient gamma activity as well as releases into the atmosphere through vent/stacks. We have also provided our comprehensive data package called: Display Of Radiological Information Software (D.O.R.I.S.) for the tracking and trending of data.

| Recently, Apantec has received two more orders for radiation monitoring systems for Positron Emission Tomography (P.E.T.) Centers - One in Saudi Arabia and the other in Korea. Apantec's P.E.T. Systems business includes AREA and STACK monitors as well as a comprehensive tracking and trending software program (D.O.R.I.S.) for real-time monitoring status. |

| Apantec is pleased to be providing the State of Delaware's Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) with seven fixed gamma monitoring systems w/siren, along with a base station located at the state EOF in Smyrna DE. Apantec’s system will have expansion capability to add additional gamma monitoring systems. |

| Apantec is pleased to have been chosen by Battelle/PNL to support the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Office of Second Line of Defense (SLD) with Mobile Radiation Detection Identification Systems (MRDIS). This detection instrumentation will screen containerized cargo for special nuclear and other radiological materials as it moves through the global maritime shipping network. The Megaports initiative will install radiation detection systems at high-volume international seaports. |

Apantec is supplying Safety-Related/Seismic Class 1 radiation Air Particulate/Gaseous (R-11/R-12) monitoring skids for Units 1 and 2 that include display units, control panels and documentation for monitoring the air particulate, gamma, and gaseous radioactivity in the Containment/Shield Building.

| Apantec is providing PP&L's Susquehanna Nuclear Power Plant with the latest technology in emergency response and monitoring instrumentation including 4 vehicle-based (portable) gamma monitoring systems with GPS; 18 fixed gamma monitoring systems; and upgrading a mobile van with a gamma monitor and an airborne particulate and radioiodine sampling and measurement system, along with GPS. In addition, there are 3 base stations for data collection, analysis, storage and display, process control and remote stations for system maintenance, testing and training. |

| Apantec has been approved to provide nuclear, Safety-Grade Class radiation monitoring systems (R.M.S.) and services by passing Quality Assurance audits conducted by various clients including: Dominion Resource Services, PSE&G, and the CANDU Owners Group (C.O.G.). Successful QA audits have been performed by the U.S. Army, General Electric Company, and others. |

Apantec's Mobile All-terrain Radiological Surveyor (M.A.R.S.) gamma system incorporates NaI detectors with a 1,024 multi-channel analyzer (MCA) to identify the isotope (10 R.O.I.'s) and is being used by by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.) to measure radiation levels. With a Global Positioning System (GPS), the M.A.R.S. laptop computer tracks and trends radiation levels and provides positional data using Apantec's Display Of Radiological Information Software (D.O.R.I.S.) that integrates all information input plus performs data concentration and archiving.
